Air fryer peach salmon is a delicious summer dish! Salmon is air fried and then topped with a fresh peach salsa. This is an easy air fryer main course that can be ready in less than 20 minutes.
When peaches are in season, I wind up buying so many. And while they are great as is, I also find it fun to try to the peaches in so many different ways.
From drinks to desserts (hello air fryer peaches and air fryer peach cobbler), peaches are so tasty! And I love pairing them with savory food too. Today I was deciding what to have for lunch and I realized that a nice air fried salmon with peaches sounded delicious.
Throw in some fresh basil and red onion for a delicious peach salsa, and this was a winner of a dish. I'll be making air fryer salmon with peach salsa again and again and again while peaches are in season.

Customization ideas
You could easily swap out the smoked paprika for regular paprika or chili powder.
Want to make the peach salsa spicy? Add some diced jalapeno or other spicy pepper to the salmon salsa.

- This recipe for the paprika salmon serves 1, but is easy to double, triple, or quadruple.
- The skin can be left on the salmon or removed before cooking. If leaving the skin on, cook skin side down in the air fryer.
How to make air fryer salmon with peach salsa
Pat salmon dry and place on a plate. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub into all surfaces. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
After salmon is seasoned, add to air fryer and cook for 7-9 minutes at 380 degrees F.
While salmon cooks, make the peach salsa. Dice a red onion into small pieces until you get 1 tablespoon, and add to a bowl. Dice up a peach into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Slice a couple of basil leaves into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Finally, add the juice from half a lime and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Stir until combined to make the salsa.
After salmon is done cooking, remove from the air fryer and place on a plate.
Spoon the peach salsa over the top of the salmon.

Air Fryer Peach Salmon
Equipment
Ingredients
- 6 ounces salmon fillet
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt
- black pepper
Peach salsa
- 1 peach diced into small cubes
- 1 Tablespoon red onions diced into small pieces
- 2 basil leaves sliced into thin strips
- ½ lime
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil onto salmon and rub into all surfaces. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place salmon in air fryer basket (skin down, if skin is on). Air fry at 380 degrees F for 7-9 minutes.
- While salmon cooks, make the peach salsa. Combine diced peaches, diced red onion, sliced basil leaves, juice from half a lime, and olive oil into a bowl. Stir to combine.
- After salmon is cooked, remove from air fryer and plate. Spoon the peach salsa over the top of the salmon.
