Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
While air fryer preheats, pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Slice into ½ inch pieces and place in a bowl.
Add olive oil and rest of seasonings to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Add pork chop bites to the air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes until cooked to your liking.
If making the sauce, melt butter in a skillet (or microwave). Once butter is melted, stir in soy sauce and juice from 1 lemon wedge. Toss the pork chop bites in the sauce.
Notes
This recipe uses relatively thin pork chops (½ inch thick). If using thicker pork chops, you may need to either cut into thinner pieces or cook for a longer time in the air fryer.
Pork should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
All air fryers cook differently. Adjust cooking times as needed. Start checking at the 4 minute mark for doneness.
Recipe can serve one or two, depending on serving size.
