Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over fillets and rub oil all over fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the fillets into your air fryer, skin side up. Air fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 8-9 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and serve with chopped parsley.
Notes
Sea bream does have a lot of bones. Either remove before cooking, or be aware that you may have to watch out for bones when eating. (So worth it though as it's a delicious fish).
If using parchment paper in your air fryer, do not add to your air fryer until AFTER preheating.
All air fryers are different. Adjust as needed for the thickness of your sea bream fillets. You may need an extra minute or two, depending on your air fryer.
