Take your tortilla and place it onto a cutting board or paper towel.
Smooth the tomato sauce over the tortilla, leaving an edge just like you would get on a regular pizza. Add dried oregano and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place in your air fryer and cook at 380 degrees F for 4 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and top with fresh basil.
Notes
If adding fresh basil to the pizza, it does brown up as the leaves touch the hot surface (as seen above!). If you want to minimize this, let the pizza cool a bit before adding basil, or even slice up your basil leaves a bit before adding so they are more ribbonlike.
Precook all meats (except for pepperoni/Canadian bacon) and all veggies (except for thinly sliced tomatoes) before adding to the pizza.
All air fryers cook differently, so keep an eye on it, and check for doneness starting at the 3 minute mark.
