To a medium casserole dish (10 inch round or 8x8 or 9x9 square), add the pork and beans, cooked bacon, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
Bake uncovered for 1.5 hours. Cook an additional 15 minutes if needed.
Notes
This dish is one that is easy to make in advance for large gatherings. It's also easy to double, just use a large casserole dish or a 9x13 pan if doubling the recipe.
If you would like to use onion instead of onion powder, you can use half an onion, diced. Saute the onion in the bacon drippings before adding to the beans.
