Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend to combine, then pour into the Creami container. Place in the freezer on a level surface and freeze for at least 18 hours.
Remove from the freezer and run warm/hot water along the outside edge for 45 seconds-1 minute to thaw the outer layer.
Process on the Lite Ice Cream setting. If needed, add a splash of milk and respin.
Notes
Make sure you run a little hot water along the outside of the Creami container before processing. This will allow the outer layer to thaw and get incorporated properly. (Alternately, you can remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before processing).
If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You will likely need to reprocess before enjoying again.
If you want to amp up the protein, you can always add a scoop of protein powder to your ice cream mixture.
