This cranberry crumble recipe is so delicious to make when cranberries are in season! It's easy to make and the perfect holiday dessert to use fresh cranberries.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take an 8x11 or 9x9 baking dish and grease with butter or cooking spray.
Into a large bowl, add your freshly washed cranberries. Wash and zest and orange into the bowl.
Cut oranges and squeeze until you get ⅓ cup juice. Add it to the bowl.
Add ¾ cup brown sugar, cornstarch, and the vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until everything is combined. Pour the filling into your baking dish.
In a medium bowl, add the flour, brown sugar, and room temperature butter. Mix together with a fork until the butter in incorporated and you get a crumbly texture. Pour the crumble topping over the strawberries.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes, then serve.

This cranberry crumble is nicely tart. It's perfect served with some ice cream or sweetened whipped cream. If you want a sweeter cranberry crumble, add 1 cup of brown sugar to the filling instead of ¾ cup.
