Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Roll the package of crescent rolls out onto a surface. Separate into 8 triangles. Then cut each triangle into 3 long triangles. You should have 24 triangles in total.
Pat little smokies dry with paper towels, then roll each in one of the crescent roll triangles, starting at the wide end and rolling towards the point.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top, then roll the pigs in a blanket as needed so the seasoning sticks to the dough.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until nicely browned.
Notes
My pigs in a blanket were ready at the 15 minute mark, but your's could take up to 18 minutes depending on your oven.
While you could do an egg wash on these to help the everything bagel seasoning stick, I don't think it's necessary and it should stick fine as you just roll it around in any extra seasoning.
