Add all ingredients to a Ninja Creami container and stir to combine.
Cover and freeze on a level surface for 18-24 hours.
Remove from the freezer and run warm water along the outside of the container for 30 seconds.
Process on the ice cream setting.
If needed, respin or add a splash of milk and respin.
Notes
This recipe calls for unsweetened applesauce. If you use sweetened applesauce, reduce the amount of sugar to 3 Tablespoons, otherwise your ice cream will be too sweet.
If your ice cream has a hump, make sure to scrape it off with a spoon before processing.
If you have leftovers, smooth them out and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess ice cream before enjoying again.
