Add cream cheese to a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds.
Add sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla to the bowl. Mash together with a spatula until combined.
Add milk and heavy cream to the bowl. Whisk together for at least 1 minute to combine milk and cream with the chocolate sugar mixture.
Add to the Ninja Creami container. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Process on the ice cream setting. Scoop out and enjoy.
Notes
If your chocolate ice cream is too hard or crumbly after processing, simply respin or add a splash of milk and respin.
If your chocolate ice cream is too soft after processing, simply place the Creami container back in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to allow it to harden up before scooping.
Get creative and customize with your favorite mix-ins or toppings.
Leftovers can be stored back in the freezer. To enjoy again, simply scoop out or reprocess if ice cream is too hard to scoop.
