Ninja Creami chocolate ice cream is so easy to make with a few simple ingredients. This ice cream is delicious and the perfect homemade ice cream to make in your Ninja Creami when you want a chocolate ice cream.
I love experimenting with so many flavors of ice cream in my Ninja Creami. But honestly? Sometimes I just want a simple chocolate ice cream.
And this recipe always hits the spot. It's easy to make with only a few ingredients. The chocolate flavor comes from cocoa powder, which I always have on hand. So it's easy to whip up a container of chocolate ice cream in my Ninja Creami whenever I want that delicious chocolate flavor.
I usually just eat this as is, but sometimes I'll drizzle chocolate syrup on top or top with whipped cream. And of course, you can add mix-ins too! Get creative and enjoy.
Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder
- Milk
- Heavy cream
How to make Ninja Creami chocolate ice cream
Melt cream cheese in the microwave for 15 seconds in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract and press together with a spatula until combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.
Add heavy cream and milk to the bowl and whisk together for about 1 minute until combined.
Pour mixture into Creami container. Don't worry if you still have some pieces of chocolate that haven't dissolved. They will get mixed up when you process the Creami ice cream.
Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Remove chocolate ice cream from freezer and process on the ice cream setting.
Scoop out and serve as desired!
You can add a variety of toppings or mix-ins, but I always love topping mine with chocolate syrup. This homemade honeycomb is also delicious on top of ice cream.
