Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Pour into your Ninja Creami container.
Freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
Remove from the freezer and run warm/hot water along the outside of the Creami container for 1 minute to thaw the outer layer of the ice cream.
Process on the ice cream setting. If needed, add a splash of milk and respin to make softer.
Notes
I highly recommend running warm water along the outisde of your Ninja Creami before processing. This may seem like a simple step, but it gets everything mixed together perfectly!
If you have leftovers, simply smooth out the top of the ice cream and return to the freezer. You will likely need to reprocess before enjoying again.
To make a stronger coffee ice cream, use espresso rather than coffee.
