Ninja Creami coffee ice cream is an easy and delicious ice cream to make using only 5 simple ingredients.

Ninja Creami coffee ice cream

You know when you want coffee but you ALSO want ice cream? I've finally made the perfect coffee ice cream in my Ninja Creami. I've been a fan of coffee ice cream for awhile. It's the flavor I often choose at ice cream shops.

So I set out to make a version in my Ninja Creami. And this uses basic ingredients and makes the perfect coffee ice cream using only a few simple ingredients you may already have at home (especially if you brew coffee on a regular basis).

Ingredients

  • Brewed coffee
  • Milk
  • Cottage cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract

How to make Ninja Creami coffee ice cream

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together. Pour into your Ninja Creami container.

Freeze for at least 24 hours on a level surface.

Frozen ice cream in Creami container

Run warm/hot water along the edge of your Ninja Creami container for a minute to thaw the outside layer. Process on the ice cream setting. Ice cream may look thick, like below. You can press on a spoon to mix together, or if you prefer a softer texture respin the ice cream.

Processed ice cream

Either way, the Ninja Creami coffee ice cream should be scoopable and delicious! At this point, you can add mix-ins like chocolate pieces or anything else you want!

Recipe tips

  • I highly recommend running warm water along the outisde of your Ninja Creami before processing. This may seem like a simple step, but it gets everything mixed together perfectly!
  • If you have leftovers, simply smooth out the top of the ice cream and return to the freezer. You will likely need to reprocess before enjoying again.
  • To make a stronger coffee ice cream, use espresso rather than coffee.
