To make the vanilla base, add cream cheese to a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds. Add the sugar and vanilla and mix together with a whisk or spatula until completely combined.
Add the heavy cream and milk and whisk until combined. Pour into a Ninja Creami container, making sure not to go over the fill line.
Place in your freezer on a level surface and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Place pint into Ninja Creami and process on the ICE CREAM setting.
While ice cream processes, cut each Oreo into 4 pieces.
Create a hole in the very middle. Add the Oreo pieces and then use the MIX IN feature on the Ninja Creami to mix in the Oreo pieces.
Enjoy immediately or return cookies and cream ice cream to the freezer.
Notes
This recipe uses the classic Ninja Creami vanilla base. However, you can use a different vanilla base if you prefer.
Creating the funnel and section for your cookie pieces to go is key for the cookies getting mixed in properly.
If your ice cream is crumbly or too hard after processing, use the re-spin setting BEFORE adding your cookie pieces.
If ice cream is too soft, add back to the freezer before enjoying. You can also check the freezer temperature to make sure your freezer is the correct temperature.
