Add the dragon fruit to the Ninja Creami container. Cut up the strawberries and add to the container.
Add the sugar and orange juice and stir to combine. Add juice from ½ a lime if using.
Freeze for at least 24 hours on a level surface.
Remove from the freezer and run warm water along the outer edge for 30-60 seconds.
Process on the sorbet setting. If needed, add a splash of water and respin.

Make sure to use a dragon fruit with the pink interior flesh, not white.
I just added all the ingredients to my Ninja Creami container and then stirred together. If you prefer, you can blend all the ingredients and then pour into your Ninja Creami container.
You will likely need at least 1 respin. I added a splash of water and respun one time, and it was perfect.
You can add the juice from half a lime if you like to add more citrus flavor.
If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer.
