Ninja Creami dragon fruit sorbet is a gorgeous, delicious treat. The dragon fruit gives the ice cream a vibrant pink color.

Ninja Creami dragon fruit sorbet this recipe

How gorgeous is this Ninja Creami dragon fruit sorbet? The pink dragon fruit gives it almost a neon magenta color. Even better? It's so delicious. The flavor of dragon fruit can be mild, so the strawberries and orange juice help give this sorbet a delicious flavor and balance the dragon fruit.

Definitely make sure to get a dragon fruit with pink flesh! Some dragon fruit has a white interior, and that won't give you the vibrant color.

Ingredients

  • Pink dragon fruit
  • Strawberries

Recipe tips

  • Make sure to use a dragon fruit with the pink interior flesh, not white.
  • I just added all the ingredients to my Ninja Creami container and then stirred together. If you prefer, you can blend all the ingredients and then pour into your Ninja Creami container.
  • You will likely need at least 1 respin. I added a splash of water and respun one time, and it was perfect.
  • You can add the juice from half a lime if you like to add more citrus flavor.
