2.5cupspurple grapes(equivalent to 12 ounces or 350 grams)
2Tablespoonssugar(or honey or other sweetener)
1Tablespoonlemon juicefreshly squeezed
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your Ninja Creami container.
Freeze for at least 18-24 hours on a level surface in your freezer.
Remove from the freezer and process on the sorbet setting. Add a tiny splash of water and respin for a smooth texture.
Scoop out and enjoy.
Notes
You can either leave out for 10 minutes, run warm water along the outer edge for 30 seconds, or run a knife along the outer edge after processing to thaw the very edge. Otherwise it may stay frozen and not get incorporated into the sorbet.
If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
