Ninja Creami grape sorbet is an easy 3 ingredient Ninja Creami recipe. This sorbet recipe is perfect for summer and so refreshing.

I've been wanting to make a grape sorbet for a long time. And finally, I bought these gorgeous purple grapes at the store. I had no idea if I could turn them into a successful Ninja Creami sorbet, but luckily it worked beautifully.

This Ninja Creami grape sorbet is easy to make with only 3 ingredients. The grapes have a natural sweetness, but I think a tiny bit of additional sugar or sweetener is needed. And that fresh lemon juice just adds a touch of brightness. Most sorbet recipes taste better with a touch of brightness.

I enjoy eating a bowl of this as is, but my husband and I both agreed a scoop of this with some champagne or Prosecco (or sparkling water) poured over the top would be absolutely fantastic. Especially as a little refreshing and fun summer drink.

Ingredients

  • Purple grapes
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar

How to make Ninja Creami grape sorbet

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If your grapes aren't blending, add a tiny splash of water.

Freeze on a level surface for at least 18-24 hours. Remove from the freezer and enjoy that gorgeous color.

Process on the sorbet setting. If needed, run a knife along the outer edge to loosen the frozen edges. Add a tiny splash of water and respin. Enjoy!

Recipe tips

  • You can either leave out for 10 minutes, run warm water along the outer edge for 30 seconds, or run a knife along the outer edge after processing to thaw the very edge. Otherwise it may stay frozen and not get incorporated into the sorbet.
  • If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
