Ninja Creami passionfruit sorbet is a deliciously tart and tropical recipe. It's perfect when you want an easy sorbet recipe that is refreshing and delicious.
Add passionfruit pulp, orange juice, sugar, and juice from ½ a lime to your Ninja Creami container. Stir to combine.
Freeze on a level surface for at least 18 hours.
Remove from the freezer and run warm water along the outer edge for 30-60 seconds.
Process on the sorbet setting. If needed, add a splash of water or juice and respin.
Notes
If you are using a passionfruit pulp that does not contain added sugars, use ¼ cup sweetener to add sweetness to the sorbet.
This recipe uses orange juice to balance out the passionfruit. If you're looking for a really strong passionfruit flavor, use 1.5 cups passionfruit pulp and half cup of orange juice.
If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer.
