Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into your Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 18 hours.
Remove from freezer and process on the Light ice cream setting. If needed, respin or add a splash of milk and respin.
Scoop out and enjoy.
Notes
I always like to run a little warm water along the outer edge of the container before processing to let the outer layer thaw and get incorporated properly.
If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again (or leave on your counter to thaw until ice cream is scoopable).
As with any recipe using cottage cheese, if you don't want it to have a tangy flavor, make sure your cottage cheese is fresh and choose a brand that doesn't make tangy cottage cheese.
