Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
Remove from the freezer, run warm water along the outside edge to thaw the outside and then process on the Ice Cream setting of your Ninja Creami.
If ice cream is crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin.
Scoop out and enjoy!

Nutritional info is given when only using cottage cheese and not adding protein powder.
If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
Your ice cream may vary in color based on the brand of pistachio cream you use.
If you want pistachio texture, add chopped pistachios using the mix in feature of your Ninja Creami or simply top your ice cream with chopped pistachios.
For a higher-protein version, add a scoop of vanilla or plain protein powder.
