Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Remove skin if needed. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, a sprinkling of salt, and a sprinkling of pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the peri peri sauce and honey.
In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot. Add the salmon to the skillet. Cook 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove salmon.
Turn heat to medium-low and add the peri peri sauce mixture. Cook, stirring frequently for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Plate the salmon and serve the sauce on top.

Actual cook time may depend on thickness of your salmon and how well you like your salmon cooked.
Watch the sauce carefully to make sure honey doesn't burn in the skillet.
