Take croissants and slice into 1 inch chunks until you get 2 cups worth of croissant pieces, then add to a large bowl. Add olive oil, chopped rosemary, a sprinkling of salt and black pepper. Gently toss toss to combine.
Spread out the croissant pieces onto a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then gently toss, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
Notes
If handled too roughly after slicing, the croissants will come apart. Be gentle when mixing and putting onto your baking sheet.
If using dried rosemary leaves instead of fresh, use ¼ teaspoon.
If you would prefer a flavor other than rosemary, swap out with some oregano or thyme for a different flavor.
