Lately I've been trying to incorporate more healthy seeds into my diet. Apparently chia seeds, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds are super-healthy and versatile!
And in my never ending quest to drink more water, I decided to make this recipe for chia seed lemonade. Sometimes it's also called chia fresca. It's a delicious way to have healthy chia seeds.
