Ninja Creami lemon blueberry frozen yogurt is a delicious combination of flavors. This frozen yogurt only uses five simple ingredients.

Ninja Creami lemon blueberry frozen yogurt this recipe

I've been loving ombre Ninja Creami recipes. Ones where as the ice cream processes, the colors get a little blended, creating a beautiful ombre effect. In this Ninja Creami lemon blueberry frozen yogurt, the blueberries float at the top, so as the ice cream processes, you get this purple tint at the top and the bottom stays more cream-yellow.

But enough about colors and how GORGEOUS this frozen yogurt is. The taste is fantastic. The lemon curd gives the perfect lemony brightness which pairs amazing with the blueberry flavor. The first time I made this, I had to stop myself from eating the whole pint in one sitting. I hope you enjoy it as much as me!

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt
  • Lemon curd
  • Honey
  • Milk
  • Blueberries

How to make Ninja Creami blueberry frozen yogurt

Add the Greek yogurt, lemon curd, honey, and milk to a Ninja Creami container.

Adding blueberries to mixture

Freeze for at least 18 hours on a level surface.

Frozen yogurt before processing

Process on the Light Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt setting. If needed, respin or add a splash of milk and respin.

Recipe tips

  • I like to run a little warm water along the outer edge for 30-60 seconds to thaw the outer layer before processing.
  • If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
  • The regular Ninja Creami machine does not have a Frozen Yogurt setting, so I use the Light Ice Cream setting.
  • This would also be delicious with strawberries or raspberries! If using strawberries, cut them into small pieces before adding to the container.
