Ninja Creami blueberry frozen yogurt is easy to make with only four ingredients. It's a delicious way to make a high protein Ninja Creami recipe without protein powder.
One of the best parts about having a Ninja Creami is being able to make a high protein frozen yogurt so easily. This Ninja Creami blueberry frozen yogurt only has four simple ingredients.
The frozen yogurt is the perfect way to use fresh blueberries, but if you only have frozen, that works too! Just make sure to thaw them before starting the recipe.
I typically use Greek yogurt in this recipe, but you can use other types as well. You can also use vanilla yogurt, but if your yogurt has any sweetness, that will affect the overall taste of the recipe. I typically just use plain, unsweetened yogurt so I can adjust the sweetness level myself and know exactly how much sugar is going into the recipe.
Ingredients
- Blueberries
- Greek yogurt
- Sugar
- Milk
How to make Ninja Creami blueberry frozen yogurt
Add blueberries to the Ninja Creami container.

Kind of smush the blueberries with a fork, then add sugar to the Ninja Creami container.

Let sit for 5-10 minutes, and then smush more to release the juices from the blueberries.

Add Greek yogurt and milk and stir to combine.

Freeze for at least 24 hours on a level surface in your freezer. After 24 hours, it's ice cream time! Remove from the freezer and then run a little warm water around the outside of the container. This will help the edges get unfrozen and spin properly into the Ninja Creami.

Process using the LITE ICE CREAM setting with your Ninja Creami. If crumbly, add a splash of milk (about a tablespoon) and respin.

Recipe tips
- Make sure your blueberries are mostly smashed and mixed in with the other ingredients before freezing. You don't want any air pockets before freezing.
- I highly recommend running a little warm water around the edge of your Ninja Creami container before processing. This will help everything get incorporated because it will melt the outside layer of ice cream better.
- If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and place back in the freezer. You may need to reprocess (I usually do) before enjoying again.
