This raspberry sorbet mocktail is so refreshing in the summertime. It's a kid-friendly, nonalcoholic drink that tastes so delicious and uses sparkling water!

Raspberry Sorbet Mocktail with a straw this recipe

In my quest to make ALL THE MOCKTAILS this summer, I have a new one for you! And it's super-simple. It only requires two ingredients.

Raspberry sorbet and a lemon sparkling water. Combine those and you have a raspberry mocktail! Perfectly tart, and absolutely refreshing. Another tasty nonalcoholic drink to enjoy this summer.

I enjoyed this raspberry mocktail quite a bit when I was pregnant, and I know my toddler would love this kid-friendly drink.

The thing that's great about this raspberry mocktail is it gets better the more it melts. And more refreshing too! So it's great to make, and then sip slowly as the raspberry sorbet melts into the lemon drink.

If you find you drink it a little too quickly, just top with more soda, or use a spoon to eat the rest of the sorbet! Then it's like a dessert mocktail. And I'm not going to complain about that.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry sorbet
  • Lemon sparkling water (nonsweetened, if possible)

What type of sorbet to use

For the raspberry sorbet, I wound up using the Roman Raspberry Sorbetto by Talenti. It is SO delicious. And if you couldn't guess from the photos, I used San Pellegrino Essenza Mineral Water (which doesn't have sugar). But use whatever brands you like!

What if you can't find lemon sparkling water?

If you can't find lemon sparkling water where you live, or just don't have any at your house, you can always use plain sparkling water or club soda and then add a few squeezes of lemon to give it that lemon flavor.

Try different flavors if you like! Experiment! Raspberry is one of my favorite flavors, but if you love peach, try it with a peach sorbet. Actually a peach sorbet mocktail sounds heavenly too...

How to make the raspberry mocktail

This drink is just SO hard to make. (Kidding, of course).

It's so simple.

Put scoops of raspberry sorbet in glass.

Top with lemon sparkling water.

Enjoy.

Done.

Yum.
