Air fryer dill salmon is an easy and flavorful salmon recipe to make. This recipe can be ready in only 15 minutes!
I rarely cook salmon any other way than in the air fryer. It just cooks up so perfectly. This air fryer dill salmon is full of lemony dill flavors, it's quickly become one of my favorites.
Even better? You only need a few ingredients and it's all ready in less than 15 minutes! The first time I made this, I made two salmon fillets and ate them both they were so delicious. Now, I serve this with sides and pace myself.
I made this recipe to serve two, but if you want to serve 4, you can simply double the recipe. I often do this when I'm cooking for my kids, my husband, and myself. This is a family favorite.
Ingredients
- Salmon filets
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Dijon mustard
- Dried dill
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make air fryer dill salmon
First, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes. While air fryer preheats, add juice from half a lemon, olive oil, dijon, and dried dill to a bowl. Stir to combine.

Pat salmon filets dry with paper towels, then season with a sprinkling of salt and pepper.

Drizzle the dill marinade over the salmon filets.

Once air fryer has preheated, add salmon to air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees F. Remove and serve with extra lemon, if desired.

Air Fryer Dill Salmon

- ½ lemon
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- salt

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 C).
- While air fryer preheats, mix the juice from ½ a lemon, olive oil, dijon, and dried dill in a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Pat salmon filets dry with paper towels and then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle all the dill sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Place salmon in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy. Squeeze extra lemon over the top if desired.
