These air fryer peaches are easy to make and cook in 10 minutes. They are the perfect summer treat, especially when topped with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
I love grabbing juicy peaches in those summer months and popping them in my air fryer to make air fryer cinnamon peaches. It's so easy to do, and the heat of the air fryer helps bring out those delicious peach flavors. The perfect summer dessert.
The air fryer grilled peaches have a sweet flavor from the cinnamon brown sugar mixture and the natural sweetness from the peach. The peach flavor also gets amplified, which pairs well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
And if you're looking for another peach dessert, this air fryer peach cobbler is quick and easy to make!
Why make air fryer peaches
I love making peaches in the air fryer because they get so juicy! It's an incredibly easy dessert to make, and the peaches are delicious on their own or with ice cream or whipped cream.
Ingredients
- Peach
- Brown sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Olive oil
How to make air fryer peaches
Wash the fresh peaches, then slice each peach in half and remove the pit.
Drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil on the yellow side of the peach, then place the peaches cut side down into the air fryer basket.
Air fry the peach for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. While the peach is cooking, add the cinnamon and brown sugar to a small bowl and mix together until combined to create and brown sugar cinnamon mixture.
After the peach halves have cooked for 5 minutes, flip and then add some of the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture to the top of the peach (you may have extra).
Cook the peaches again for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Carefully remove the air fried peach halves from the air fryer and place on a plate.
Top the air fried peaches with some ice cream or whipped cream. Add chopped pecans if you like a bit of crunch! You could also top with granola or even pistachios.
Recipe tips
- Slightly underripe peaches work best for this recipe, however you can use ripe peaches, but make sure they aren't too ripe as they may get mushy.
- You do not need to preheat the air fryer when making air fryer peaches.
- You can use air fryer parchment paper when making the peach, but I learned that it works best if you have 4 peach halves that will hold the parchment paper down easily.
- While some recipes might have you mix in butter with the cinnamon and sugar, this version does not need it, keeping the recipe simple and easy.
- This recipe is easy to double, triple, or quadruple if you're making air fryer peaches for multiple people.
Serving ideas
These air fryer peaches are delicious topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I like to add some chopped pecans or walnuts on top for a bit of extra crunch.
You could also top with fresh whipped cream or some vanilla yogurt. (Or serve the air fryer grilled peaches on top of the yogurt with some granola).
Fresh mint and fresh basil pair well with peach, so they also make for a delicious garnish.
How to store the leftover peaches
Air fryer grilled peaches can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 1-2 days. Simply pop back into the air fryer or microwave to reheat.
I would not freeze air fryer peaches. They would not hold up well after being frozen.
Do you need to use ripe peaches?
No, the air fryer warms the peach enough to bring out those delicious peach juices. Even if your peach is not yet ripe, it will be juicy and delicious after spending time in the air fryer.

Hi Aimee,
Would this recipe work with frozen sliced peaches if peaches aren't in season?
Thanks,
Tim
Aimee
I haven't tried it, but I think it should. You may need to cook for an additional couple of minutes.
John
I don't like cinnamon is there an alternative that I can add?
Aimee
Sure! You could just do the brown sugar and leave off the cinnamon. If you like something like nutmeg, you could always add a pinch of that. But the easiest option is just to leave out the cinnamon!
