Air fryer strawberry crisp is a delicious and easy summer dessert made in the air fryer. This recipe uses fresh strawberries for a delicious summer treat.
I love summer strawberries. But sometimes after eating them just straight out of the carton (after I wash them, of course), I like to be a little more creative with them.
Enter this air fryer strawberry crisp.
It's so perfect for summer because it uses those fresh strawberries in a delicious dessert, but doesn't require turning on the oven since it's cooked completely in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Sugar
- Flour

- Oats

Customizations
If you prefer, you could do a cobbler topping instead of a crisp topping like I did in this air fryer peach cobbler.
You could adjust the amount of sweetness by adding more or less sugar or swap out the white sugar for brown sugar or vice versa.
You can also swap out the fruit! Want to use blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries? Go for it!
What to serve with the strawberry crisp
The air fried strawberry crisp is delicious served with a scoop of ice cream or some whipped cream.
Recipe notes
- All air fryers cook differently. Watch carefully to make sure your crisp topping does not burn.
- Please note that the crisp topping uses room temperature butter, so plan to remove your butter from the refrigerator before making so butter can soften.
