This eggnog ice cream is the perfect use for leftover eggnog. Or, once you try it, you'll be buying eggnog JUST to make this recipe. It's so easy. If you love eggnog, you'll love this ice cream. I'm not a huge fan of eggnog, but I STILL love this ice cream. It's so delicious.

This is one of those recipes that is perfect for people new to using their Ninja Creami since it can be made using only one or two ingredients. I hope you try this one and love it as much as me!

Ingredients

  • Eggnog - Since this is the key ingredient, make sure you choose an eggnog you love.
  • Cinnamon (optional) - This is optional, but I love a slight cinnamony taste to this ice cream.

How to make Ninja Creami eggnog ice cream

Add the eggnog and cinnamon (if using) to the Ninja Creami container.

Adding cinnamon to a eggnog

Stir to combine. The cinnamon will likely float on the top. That's fine, it will get mixed in when processing.

Freeze on a level surface for at least 18-24 hours. After freezing, your eggnog ice cream will look like this.

Process on the ice cream setting. If needed, respin. (Mine usually does not need a respin). Enjoy!

Recipe tips

  • I usually run warm water on the outside of the Ninja Creami container for 30 seconds before processing. This allows the outer layer to thaw and get processed into the ice cream properly.
  • You can make this in the Ninja Creami Deluxe and just use the same amounts, or you can 1.5x the recipe to fit the Creami Deluxe. (Use 3 cups eggnog and ⅜ teaspoon cinnamon).
  • If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
  • If your eggnog ice cream is too soft after processing, return to the freezer for 20-30 minutes to firm up before scooping.
