Strawberry sorbet is easy to make in the Ninja Creami. This Ninja Creami strawberry sorbet only uses 3 ingredients and is perfect for hot summer days.

Look, I love ice cream. But I often choose sorbet when I look at a menu. It just takes SO good in hot summers. The freshness of the fruit makes it taste super cold and refreshing.

And when I got my Ninja Creami and found out it can make sorbets, I knew that I would be making them all summer long. Luckily, this strawberry sorbet is so easy and only requires a few ingredients.

I know I'll be making this at least once a week all summer long. You can use fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries, but frozen may need a tiny bit of liquid added for blending!

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Sugar or agave nectar
  • Lemon juice - this helps balance out the strawberries and gives more brightness to the sorbet

How to make Ninja Creami strawberry sorbet

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Strawberry mixture in blender

Pour the strawberry mixture into your Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.

You might wonder if you need to strain out the seeds. I never do, but you can strain it through a strainer, if you prefer, before adding to your Creami container.
