Recipe tips
- While I list the amount of lemon and limes I used, it will depend on the size of your lemons and limes. Make sure to measure out the appropriate amounts of juice.
- When processing the lime sorbet, if your lime sorbet gets too soft, simply return to the freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden up.
- If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
- Let the sugar fully dissolve in hot water before adding the other ingredients. This will allow the sugar to mix fully into the sorbet.
- For a fun treat, use the lime sorbet as a part in cocktails or mocktails. I love adding a few scoops to a glass and then adding sparkling water.
