Ninja Creami stroopwafel ice cream brings delicious caramel and cinnamon flavors to ice cream. It's easy to make and the perfect way to celebrate the Dutch treat in ice cream form!
I was recently on a 10 hour KLM flight. As part of the after-dinner service, they offered my kids some stroopwafel ice cream. And you guys. I had a bite of my son's ice cream, and I KNEW I needed to create a Ninja Creami version.
It was just pure, delicious stroopwafel flavor in ice cream form. Caramel. Cinnamon. Delicious.
I made a stroopwafel Ninja Creami and used cottage cheese to make a protein version. Don't worry if you don't like cottage cheese, you can't even taste it! But it does add the perfect creaminess to the ice cream.
It's delicious without any toppings, but if you want to get fancy, you can add some caramel sauce and stroopwafel. I hope you enjoy as much as I do!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese
- Milk
- Sugar
- Caramel-flavored instant pudding mix
- Ground cinnamon
- Optional - Caramel sauce (for topping)
- Optional - Stroopwafel (for topping)
How to make Ninja Creami stroopwafel ice cream
Add cottage cheese, milk, sugar, pudding mix, and ground cinnamon to your Ninja Creami pint. Stir to combine. You can also blend prior to adding to your Ninja Creami pint, if you prefer, but it's not necessary if you stir the ingredients well.

Freeze for at least 18 hours on a level surface in your freezer.

Process on the Light Ice Cream setting. If the ice cream is not soft enough, respin. If crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin.

If desired, top with caramel sauce and stroopwafel!

Recipe tips
- I like to run a little warm water along the outer edge for 30 seconds before processing. It allows the outer layer of the ice cream to thaw and get incorporated.
- If you have leftovers, smooth out the top of the ice cream and return to the freezer. You may need to thaw or reprocess before enjoying again.
- I like to use stroopwafel to serve as a garnish. You can also cut them into very small pieces and use as a mix-in instead.
