Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Crescent Rolls are so easy to make with a package of crescent rolls. The rolls are perfectly coated in cinnamon and sugar and result in a flaky, sweet dessert.
If you've been a longtime reader of this blog, you know how much I love easy recipes. And this is one of the easiest! And my kids LOVE it.
These air fryer crescent rolls are rolled up, then brushed with milk, then rolled in a cinnamon sugar mixture. I mean, so easy. And so delicious. And fun to make.
Ingredients
- Crescent rolls - For this, you'll use the classic 8 pack of crescent rolls (pictured below)
- Milk - I used 2% milk for this, but you could use whole milk, almond milk, oat milk, etc.
- Cinnamon - Cinnamon helps give this its cinnamony flavor!
- Sugar - Granulated sugar works best in this recipe
How to make air fryer cinnamon sugar crescent rolls
First, combine your cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. You want it to be a large enough bowl that you'll be able to dip your crescent rolls into.
Then, open your package of crescent rolls and roll out and separate the triangles.
Next, roll them up (starting with the larger side, rolling towards the tip of the triangle).
Brush the milk all over the crescent roll, and then roll the crescent in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place in your air fryer basket, leaving enough room between each roll to expand as it cooks.
Cook, then remove from the air fryer and enjoy!
Recipe tips
- The crescent rolls will need room to expand while cooking. You will probably need to cook these in two batches.
- Most important -- All air fryers cook differently! Check to see what works best for your air fryer.
What type of air fryer to use
Any type of air fryer will work when cooking the crescent rolls! Just know that if yours has a smaller basket, you may only be able to cook a couple of rolls at a time. you want there to be enough room between them as they expand in the air fryer!

How to store leftover crescent rolls
These air fryer cinnamon sugar croissants are the best right after you make them!
However, you can let them cool and then store in an airtight container for a couple of days. I recommend reheating in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Equipment
- Air Fryer
- Air Fryer Parchment Paper - optional, but I love having it for when I want to keep my air fryer cleaner or I'm worried about something sticking. Air fryer parchment paper has holes so that air can still flow around!
- Silicone brush - optional, but I use a silicone brush to brush on the milk

Make a filling of butter, sugar, cinnamon. Spread on crescents then roll up and continue as recipe states. Outstanding!

I was thinking the same thing. Or just sprinkle the mixture on the rolls before rolling. Sounds great.
