Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are so flavorful and delicious! The buffalo cauliflower is so easy to make and so delicious served as is or with a creamy dipping sauce.

Buffalo cauliflower up close.

I love anything covered in buffalo sauce. And I love my air fryer. So I decided to marry the two and make these air fryer buffalo cauliflower bites.

These buffalo cauliflower make the perfect side dish or appetizer and as a bonus, they are low carb! They don't use a flour mixture and instead stay true to keeping it simple with just the buffalo sauce and cauliflower.

Ingredients:

  • Head of Cauliflower
  • Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • Melted butter
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salt
Head of cauliflower.

How to serve:

  • In a salad or grain bowl
  • In tacos or a wrap
  • As is, with blue cheese crumbles and/or green onions
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ideas below!) and some crispy celery sticks

Dipping sauce ideas:

These buffalo cauliflower bites pair wonderfully with a creamy dressing like Ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or blue cheese dip.

You could also go a little out of the box and serve with something like an apricot bbq sauce, a herby lemon cream sauce, or pineapple dipping sauce.

How to store:

To store any leftovers, let cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. To reheat, pop in the air fryer for a few minutes until heated through.

Tools needed:

  • Air Fryer - This is an air fryer recipe, so you'll need an air fryer to make.
  • Air Fryer Parchment Paper - This is optional, but I love using air fryer-specific parchment paper in my air fryer when I'm cooking something saucy or a bit messier.

Recipe tips:

  • All air fryers cook differently, and cooking times may need to be slightly adapted based on your air fryer and also how large you cut your cauliflower florets.
  • If you want your buffalo cauliflower a bit saucier, then make extra buffalo sauce and reserve for later. Heat up, then add your cooked cauliflower to the sauce for a final coating. Note- this will make your cauliflower spicer!
  • Do not crowd the air fryer basket. You will most likely need to cook these in two batches if using a full head of cauliflower.

How to make:

Chop up your cauliflower into florets.
