Ninja Creami cottage cheese ice cream turns out so creamy and delicious. This is the perfect cottage cheese Ninja creami to make when you want a boost of protein without using protein powder.

I have found my favorite ingredient for making my Ninja Creami recipes so creamy without Jello pudding mix or protein powder. It's cottage cheese! It doesn't really give the Ninja Creami any flavor, but does give it a boost of protein and creaminess.
So this is a simple Ninja Creami cottage cheese ice cream. I flavored this recipe with vanilla extract to make a vanilla ice cream, but you can be creative with so many flavors! I also like to use this as a vanilla base recipe for mixing in other tasty treats like chocolate chips and Oreo cookies.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese
- Milk
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
How to make Ninja Creami cottage cheese ice cream
Add all the ingredients to your Ninja Creami container. Stir to combine.
Put the lid on, then place in your freezer on a level surface and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Remove from the freezer. I always like to run a little warm water along the outside of the Ninja Creami container because it helps to unfreeze the outer edge. Process on light ice cream mode. If ice cream is crumbly, add a splash of milk and simply respin.
Yum!

Do you blend the cottage cheese first?
Aimee
Nope, I just add it straight in. The processing of the ice cream will blend it all together and create a smooth texture.
