Ninja Creami cinnamon ice cream is easy to make with only five simple ingredients. The ice cream comes out perfectly creamy and full of cinnamon flavor.

Some people think of cinnamon as a fall flavor, but I love it any time of the year. I recently made this cinnamon ice cream in spring and it was so delicious. Cool ice cream with that delicious cinnamon flavor. So good.
I like to make this with cottage cheese. When blended up and frozen, it gives the ice cream an amazing creamy texture. And this recipe only uses 5 ingredients (that you may already have in your kitchen), so it's super easy to make!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese
- Cinnamon
- Milk
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
How to make Ninja Creami cinnamon ice cream
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your Ninja Creami container and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
Take out of the freezer. It's okay if your cinnamon ice cream has separated a bit! It will all blend together.
Run some warm water along the outside of your Creami container to defrost the outside (this will help it blend better).
Process on the ice cream setting. If crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin.
Ice cream should be smooth and scoopable. Enjoy!
Recipe tips
- Don't skip the step about running some warm water along the edge! That helps the very edge of the ice cream become unfrozen and process in the Ninja Creami.
- As noted, if the ice cream is crumbly after processing, add a splash of milk and respin.
- If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
