Air fryer Greek potatoes are lemony and delicious. They roast perfectly in the air fryer so the outside gets crispy while the inside stays fluffy. They are inspired by Greek flavors and cook in less than 20 minutes.

The air fryer is the perfect way to roast potatoes. It's quick, easy, and the outsides get all roasted while the insides get soft and fluffy.

These roasted potatoes are inspired by Greek flavors and ingredients. They pair olive oil and oregano with the brightness of lemon juice. Every time I make these, I just cannot stop eating them!

How to make Air Fryer Greek Potatoes

First, wash and scrub your potatoes and then dry.

Slice the potatoes in half, add to a bowl, and then add the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine to make sure all potatoes are coated in the oil and seasonings.

Preheat the basket of your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.

Cook for 15-17 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until potatoes are soft inside when pierced with a fork.

Serving ideas

  • Serve with lemon slices and squeeze lemon over potatoes immediately before serving.
  • These lemony potatoes would be delicious served with some whipped feta for dipping. I love this spicy feta dip.
  • Serve alongside Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Thighs, Air Fryer Greek Chicken Thighs, or any of these other Air Fryer Chicken Recipes.

Cooking tips

  • I used small white baby potatoes for this. If you use larger potatoes, you'll want to slice them into smaller chunks.
  • All air fryers cook differently. To test doneness, pierce potatoes with a fork. If potato still feels hard inside, cook for several more minutes.
  • If you have any potatoes that are larger than the others, cut into quarters instead of halves.
  • If you want them extra crispy, you can slice into quarters instead of halves and cook for less time (starting to check for doneness around 10 minutes).

Reheating tips

Store any leftovers of the air fryer Greek potatoes in the refrigerator in an airtight container. To reheat, pop into your air fryer for 3-5 minutes, or you can also reheat in a skillet.

Delish and super easy. I pre-prepped sauce and scrubbed potatoes. Tossed it together at the last minute and into the air fryer. Perfect, thanks!

Recipe looks amazing just have a question. Could I pre-season the potatoes and put them in the refrigerator? How would that affect the cooking time?

It shouldn't affect cooking times much. You may need an extra minute or two, so just check and keep an eye on them.

Boy are these good! I love Greek potatoes and they were easier to make and far more delish than I thought they'd be! Will be making again soon!
