I love a delicious, simple Ninja Creami recipe. This is the one you want to make when you want a delicious coconut ice cream. No blender needed, just add the ingredients to your Ninja Creami container, stir, then freeze.

It's high protein, since it uses cottage cheese. Both the cottage cheese and coconut milk make this ice cream super-creamy and delicious.

Get creative with the toppings with this recipe! Shredded coconut is delicious, but I love it with fresh fruit. Mango, strawberries, kiwis, pineapple. All are delicious on top of the ice cream!

Ingredients

  • Canned coconut milk
  • Cottage cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract

How to make Ninja Creami coconut ice cream

Add all the ingredients to the Ninja Creami container and stir to combine, no blending needed.

Freeze for at least 18 hours, then process on the Light Ice Cream setting. Add a splash of milk and respin if needed.

Recipe tips

  • I like to run a little warm water along the outside of the container for 30 seconds before processing. This helps the outer layer to thaw slightly.
  • If you have leftovers, simply smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a Ninja Creami container. Stir, then freeze on a level surface for at least 18 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer. Run a little warm water on the outside of the container for 30 seconds to thaw the outer layer.
  • Process on the Light Ice Cream setting. If powdery or crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin.
