Ninja Creami lemon ricotta ice cream is full of lemony flavor. It's an easy four ingredient recipe that's high in protein thanks to the ricotta.

Ninja Creami Lemon Ricotta Ice Cream this recipe

There are so many lemon ricotta recipes out there. Why? Because it's such a perfect combination! So I decided to make a Ninja Creami lemon ricotta ice cream.

The ricotta makes the ice cream so creamy, and the lemony flavor comes from lemon curd. This is a higher protein Ninja Creami recipe since the ricotta is high in protein. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • Ricotta
  • Lemon Curd
  • Milk
  • Sugar

How to make Ninja Creami lemon ricotta ice cream

Add all ingredients to your Ninja Creami container and stir together. (You could also blend up if you prefer).

Freeze for at least 18-24 hours on a level surface in the freezer.

Frozen lemon ricotta ice cream

Run a little warm water along the outside of the container to thaw and then process on the Light Ice Cream setting. If needed, add a splash of milk and respin.

Recipe tips

  • If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
  • Want even more lemon flavor? Use additional lemon curd as a mix-in.
  • This would be delicious with some lemon cookies crumbled on top or as a mix-in.
  • If at any point, your ice cream is too soft, put back into the freezer to harden.
