Ninja Creami raspberry sorbet is so refreshing. It can be made with fresh or frozen raspberries, so you can make it any time of year!
When I go to an ice cream shop, if they have raspberry sorbet, I order it almost every time. I just love it so much. The tartness and brightness combined with the sweetness of sugar? It's so perfect.
When I told my husband that I hadn't made a raspberry sorbet in my Ninja Creami yet, he was shocked. So I decided to remedy that immediately. I grabbed a bag of frozen raspberries (less expensive than fresh), and made this raspberry sorbet. So good. Will definitely be on rotation for the rest of the summer.
If you like a smooth raspberry sorbet, definitely don't skip straining the mixture through a fine mesh strainer before freezing to get out most of the seeds! If you like a seedy sorbet, then feel free to skip that step! I've done it both ways, and I do prefer the smoother one personally.
Ingredients
- Raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- Water
- Sugar
- Fresh lemon juice
How to make Ninja Creami raspberry sorbet
Heat water and add the sugar. Stir to dissolve. Then, add the raspberries, water, and lemon juice to a blender.

Blend until smooth. If desired, strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and pour into your Ninja Creami container.

Freeze for at least 18 hours on a level surface in your freezer.

Process on the sorbet setting. If needed, respin until it reaches your desired texture. Enjoy!

Recipe tips
- I recommend straining the raspberry mixture after blending so you don't have a lot of seeds in your sorbet and get a smoother sorbet.
- Before processing, I usually run a little warm water on the outer edge for 30 seconds.
- If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again or leave on the counter for 10-15 minutes to thaw to make sorbet scoopable.
