It's so easy to make Ninja Creami peach sorbet! This recipe uses fresh peaches for delicious fruity peach flavor.

Ninja Creami peach sorbet

It's peach season and that means peach sorbet! I love making sorbet with all sorts of fruit, but when peaches are in season that means peach sorbet on repeat.

This peach sorbet only uses three ingredients and is made in the Ninja Creami, so it is incredibly easy. It also uses fresh peaches, so it's full of delicious peach flavor. Perfect for summer when peaches are in season.

My daughter gave this sorbet two thumbs up. And she's the pickiest eater in our house, so I know this one is a winner. And everyone else liked it too.

Ingredients

  • Peaches
  • Sugar
  • Lemon juice

How to make Ninja Creami peach sorbet

Wash your peaches and pit them. You can peel them if you want, but I usually don't take the extra step to do that.

Peaches sliced in half

Thrown them in your blender. You can dice them beforehand into large chunks. Add sugar and lemon juice to the blender.

Ingredients for peach sorbet in blender

Blend it all up, then pour into your Ninja Creami container to the fill line.

Freeze for at least 24 hours.

Process on the sorbet mode. Peach sorbet may look like this after processing.

Processed peach sorbet in Ninja Creami

However, I just pushed on it with a spatula and it was the perfect consistency. No need to reprocess! (This may depend on your freezer and Ninja Creami). Then scoop out or just enjoy straight from your Creami container.

Recipe tips

  • I don't peel the peaches, which gives the peach sorbet more of a pink-orange color. If you want, you can peel the peaches and the sorbet will be more of a yellow color.
  • After processing, the mixture may look crumbly. Press down with a spatula. If mixture is still crumbly, add a splash of water and respin.
  • This recipe will work in the Ninja Creami or Ninja Creami Deluxe.
  • If you want, you can run a little water along the outside of the pint to thaw the very edge and make sure it is incorporated during processing.
  • To store leftovers, simply smooth out the top of the pint and place back in the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.

Can you use canned peaches? Do you drain them?

You can use canned peaches, and yes, I would drain them.
