If you love salted caramel and ice cream, you'll want to try this recipe. It's full of caramel flavor with the perfect amount of salt.

It took me a few tries to get the amount of salt right for this recipe. The first time I tried it, it was very salt-forward. It was a little too much for me, so I reduced the amount and came up with what I thought was the pefect balance for that perfect salted caramel flavor.

I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to thaw or reprocess before enjoying again.
  • This salted caramel ice cream would be delicious topped with chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, crushed cookies, or even chopped up Twix or other candy!
