Ninja Creami S'mores ice cream is a marshmallowy treat topped with chocolate, graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows. This is a protein Ninja Creami recipe that is creamy and delicious.
We used to have a firepit at our house. And we would make s'mores with our kids on occasion. Would it wind up being an incredibly sticky mess with two young kids? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely.
We no longer live at that house, but our love of s'mores hasn't gone away. I decided I needed to make a s'mores Ninja Creami. Summer s'mores vibes in ice cream form.
I used marshmallow fluff for that amazing marshmallowy texture, but if you can't find marshmallow cream, you can just use mini marshmallows instead. I also toasted up a couple of marshmallows for a topping, which was soooo amazing. Highly recommend, and it's so fun!
Ingredients
- Ricotta
- Milk
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Marshmallow fluff/marshmallow creme (or mini-marshmallows)
- Graham crackers
- Chocolate syrup (or melted chocolate)
- Jumbo marshmallows (optional)
How to make Ninja Creami S'mores ice cream
Add ricotta, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar to the Ninja Creami container. Stir to combine. (You can also blend this up if you prefer and then pour into your Ninja Creami container, but it's not necessary).

Freeze on a level surface for at least 18-24 hours.

Process on the ice cream setting. If needed, respin. Create a hole in the center of the ice cream and add crushed graham crackers and marshmallow fluff (or mini-marshmallows).

Use the mix-in feature to combine. Top with chocolate syrup and more crushed graham crackers.

For a fun touch, toast large marshmallows to add as a topping or simply add mini-marshmallows if you prefer.

Recipe tips
- I processed on the ice cream setting, added a splash of milk, and then respun. After that I added the marshmallow fluff and crushed graham crackers. You may or may not need the respin depending on your freezer settings.
- I love using marshmallow fluff (aka marshmallow creme) in this, but if you don't have any, you can also use ⅓ cup mini marshmallows for the mix-in.
- For the chocolate topping, you can use chocolate syrup, melted chocolate, or Nutella that has been warmed up.
- If you're doing individual servings, scoop out into bowls before adding the toppings.
