Ninja Creami strawberry peach sorbet is a refreshing summer sorbet recipe. This recipe is easy to make using only four ingredients.
Last week I realized I had a peach sitting on my counter that was getting a little TOO soft. So I decided to turn in into a delicious sorbet. I had strawberries in my fridge, and I thought that would make for a nice flavor combination.
Luckily, I was right. This Ninja Creami strawberry peach sorbet is so tasty. I used fresh fruit, but you can use frozen (see recipe notes). It's a little tart and so fruity.
My daughter loved this one so much she immediately had seconds and then asked to have it for dessert after dinner. I hope you enjoy this one as much as she does!
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Peaches
- Lemon (you'll need the juice)
- Honey
How to make Ninja Creami strawberry peach sorbet
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into your Ninja Creami container.

Freeze for at least 24 hours.

Process on the sorbet setting. After processing, I added a splash of water and respun once and it was perfect. You may need to respin more depending on your freezer.

Scoop out and enjoy.

Recipe tips
- If you want your sorbet a little sweeter, add three tablespoons of honey instead of two.
- If you want to use frozen fruit, you can, but I suggest letting it thaw a bit so it is easier to blend, otherwise your blender will have a hard time, since there is so little liquid being added. Fresh fruit should blend pretty easily.
- If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again or leave on the counter for a bit to thaw before the sorbet is scoopable.
