Ninja Creami strawberry cheesecake ice cream brings all the flavors of strawberry cheesecake to ice cream. This delicious treat is easy to make in the Ninja Creami and uses fresh strawberries for that tasty strawberry flavor.
Anyone else love cheesecake? I absolutely do. The creaminess. That slight tanginess. And strawberries!
So when I was thinking of recipes to try in my Ninja Creami, this was close to the top of the list. And I'm so happy it turned out delicious. Because I love strawberry cheesecake. And I love ice cream. And I love the combination of these two.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Milk
- Sugar
- Cheesecake pudding mix
- Vanilla extract
- Heavy Cream
How to make Ninja Creami strawberry cheesecake ice cream
Add strawberries, milk, sugar, jello cheesecake pudding mix, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend slightly until all ingredients are combined.
Then add the heavy cream and blend for 5-10 seconds to combine. You don't want to overwhip/blend the heavy cream, which is why I add it after all the other ingredients are combined.
Pour into Ninja Creami container.
Freeze for at least 24 hours. Remove, then process on the ice cream setting. Ice cream should be creamy, but if not, add a splash of milk and respin.
Scoop into a bowl and top with fresh strawberries and crushed graham crackers, if desired. Enjoy!
Recipe tips
- This recipe has always come out creamy and soft when I process it, however it may depend on your freezer. If you want it softer, add a splash of milk and respin. If your ice cream is too soft, smooth out the top and add back to the freezer to firm up.
- This recipe can be made in the Ninja Creami or Ninja Creami Deluxe.
- I love topping my ice cream with strawberries and some crushed graham crackers.
