Ninja Creami gingerbread latte ice cream is perfect for the holiday season. It's all the flavors of a delicious gingerbread latte, but in ice cream form!

One of my favorite holiday drinks has always been a gingerbread latte. It always just feels so cozy to me, and I love the spices that are in the drink.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's on the Starbucks menu any longer. But I'm still getting inspiration from it and am making this Ninja Creami gingerbread latte ice cream! It's so good, and reminds me so much of the flavors of the latte.

Even better? The ice cream has 32 grams of protein per container thanks to the ricotta! It also helps give the gingerbread ice cream the perfect creamy texture.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta
  • Coffee (cooled)
  • Heavy cream
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Spices (ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves)

How to make Ninja Creami gingerbread latte ice cream

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until combined.

Yum, so good.

If you want, add some whipped topping and a dusting of cinnamon.

Recipe tips

  • For a sweeter gingerbread latte ice cream, use ⅓ cup sugar instead.
  • I love topping with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon. You can also drizzle caramel sauce over the top, which would be delicious.
  • If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer.
