Ninja Creami strawberry watermelon sorbet is a delicious and refreshing summer treat. The strawberry and watermelon combine to create the perfect summer sorbet.
Over here, summer is coming to a close, but I just can't stop buying the watermelon that is STILL appearing at my grocery store. We usually eat it all, but when we don't, I love turning it into a watermelon strawberry sorbet.
This was a staple in my house all of July and August. I made it at least 5 times. Watermelon, strawberries, a little lime juice, and just a touch of sugar. The Ninja Creami strawberry watermelon sorbet is super refreshing. If you can't find watermelon at the store any longer, save this one for next summer!
Ingredients
- Watermelon - pick a ripe one! Since watermelon is the main ingredient, you want a flavorful, ripe one.
- Strawberries - I typically use fresh strawberries, but you can use frozen if you want.
- Lime - The lime juice brings out the flavors of the watermelon and strawberries.
- Sugar - I used sugar, but you can use honey or maple syrup. Just know that it will be a little sweeter with honey and maple syrup.
How to make Ninja Creami strawberry watermelon sorbet
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into your Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours on a level surface.

Remove from the freezer and process on the sorbet setting. If needed, add a splash of water and then respin. (Mine usually needs 2 respins, but it may depend on your freezer).

Scoop out and enjoy!

Recipe tips
- The amount of respins your sorbet needs may depend on your freezer temperature. Adjust as needed, but mine usually needs 2 respins.
- For a sweeter sorbet, use 3 Tablespoons of sugar instead of two.
- If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess or thaw slightly before scooping out to enjoy again.
