Ninja Creami banana cinnamon ice cream is full of delicious cinnamon flavor. This recipe uses fresh banana and a touch of cinnamon for this tasty combination that is the perfect creamy texture.

Ninja Creami banana cinnamon ice cream

I love the combination of cinnamon and banana. It just tastes like banana pudding. Or some banana dessert. Whatever it is, I love it.

So the other day I had bananas that needed to be used, so I threw one of them in my Ninja Creami with a few other ingredients and this banana cinnamon ice cream was created.

It's so creamy and delicious. And even though it only uses ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon, the flavor comes through perfectly. It's so good.

Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Heavy cream
  • Sugar
  • Banana
  • Vanilla pudding powder
  • Cinnamon

How to make Ninja Creami banana cinnamon ice cream

Add all ingredients to blender except for heavy cream. Blend until completely combined. Then, add heavy cream and blend for 10-15 seconds.

Ice cream ingredients in blender container

Pour into Ninja Creami container to the fill line (mixture should be close to 16 oz).

Freeze for at least 24 hours.

Process on the ice cream setting. Ice cream should be perfectly scoopable, but if not, respin or add a splash of milk and respin.

I love this with crushed vanilla wafers for texture. It's also so amazing with homemade honeycomb candy.

Recipe tips

  • This recipe can be made in the Ninja Creami or Creami Deluxe.
  • The ice cream should scoop out nicely after processing! However, if you want a firmer texture, put the ice cream back in the freezer for 20-30 minutes after processing to firm up.
  • If ice cream is not soft enough, respin.
  • To store leftovers, simply smooth out the top, put the lid back on, and put back in the freezer. You may need to reprocess when you're ready to enjoy again.
